Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and we never ask for a card to begin. When the 14 days are up, pick a plan to carry on: writes and MCP tool calls pause until you do. Nothing is deleted, so your Virtual MCPs, connectors and artifacts are all still there when you choose one.
Yes. Every connector is bring-your-own-key: you supply the upstream credentials, and we never bill you for connector usage. There is no cap on connectors, Virtual MCPs or API keys on any plan.
Plan credits cover agent LLM usage only, charged at a 10% markup over the provider's cost. Pro, Ultra and Max include $10, $20 and $40 of credit each month. Connector calls never draw on this balance, and you can top up at any time from Console > Billing.
Yes. Open Console > Billing and use the Stripe customer portal to cancel or change your plan whenever you like.
Active members and pending invitations both count toward your seat cap, so an invitation you have sent but that has not been accepted yet still holds a seat. Starter includes 3 seats, Pro 10, Ultra 25 and Max 50.
Annual billing charges once a year at 20% below the monthly rate, so Pro is $480 a year instead of $600. The exact amount is shown at Stripe checkout before anything is charged, and you can switch between monthly and annual at any time from Console > Billing.
